|
The specific agenda for each meeting will be distributed one month prior, and will indicate how the Teacher Practices will be addressed in the presentations. The agenda will focus on a variety of topics relevant to the teaching of Dance from Year 7 through to Year 12. Typical foci are: best practice and (new) pedagogical advice pertaining to specific Dance concepts; Moderation and marking; Analysis of ESTs, Practical and Written Exams and assessments; Guest speakers, choreographers, practitioners, etc; Curriculum updates, clarifications, development; Course planning. |

The Dance Network Days have a specific focus on Secondary Dance. They are held once a Semester. Whilst the focus is on the Secondary curriculum, Primary Dance teachers are also welcome to attend. |
