This meeting will feature a number of Professional Learning sessions and opportunities for networking for the Primary and Secondary Music leaders and teachers. The day will likely look at more than one of the Teacher Practices. Typically, Learning design, Engagement, and Instructional range will feature. |

| Content |
|
A specific agenda for the meeting will be distributed one month prior. The agenda will focus on a variety of topics relevant to the teaching of Music from K through to Year 12. Some sessions will combine Primary and Secondary teachers, and others will be run as concurrent sessions, addressing topics pertaining to Primary and Secondary respectively. Typical foci include best practice and (new) pedagogical advice pertaining to specific Music concepts; Moderation and marking; Practical and Written exams and assessments; Guest speakers, composers, practitioners, professional musicians, etc; Curriculum updates, clarifications, development; Course planning. |

The Music Network Day K-12 is new-format PL for the Music Learning Area, catering to the needs of both Primary and Secondary teachers of Music. Secondary and Primary Music teachers are welcome to attend. |
