In 2015, 2016 and 2018 The Content Coalition initiative brought together several high achieving primary and secondary schools in Catholic Education Western Australia (CEWA) to generate digital content for Year 6, 7 and 8 Science and Mathematics.
Twelve iTunesU 22 courses and twenty-six multi-touch books were created by the teachers as part of the initiative. As at the end of December 2019, the multi-touch books have been downloaded a total of 15,400 times. Both iTunesU courses and multi-touch books have occupied the top position for their respective categories. These resources are currently featured in a section in the iBooks store under the Catholic Education Western Australia banner.
CEWA is seeking to expand and build on this work by bringing together language teachers to participate in a fourth Content Coalition. The aim of this fourth Content Coalition is to bring together educators to create Languages courses for Primary and Secondary school year levels.

| Content |

By participating in this initiative, teachers will:
• share learning and best practice about integrating the Apple education ecosystem into classroom practice,
• create highly engaging student content that makes the most of the interactive features of the iPad,
• create student workflows that enable personalisation, inquiry, collaboration, experimentation and reflection,
• contribute to and draw from a shared content repository,
• publish their content to support other schools in their learning journey,
• build an ongoing network across schools, supporting one another in the development of interactive content.

Expressions of Interest are invited for teachers currently working in a 1:1 iPad environment with a keen interest in the learning area of Languages, Primary and Secondary. |
