|
To be prepared for the Billing Workshop you must have completed all the Billing Setup tasks, in the Billing Setup Manual and where possible have watched the Billing Setup Webinars which will also assist with these tasks.
What to prepare for the session?
• Notepad and pen
• Completed 2021 Financial Rollover (preferred but not essential)
• Reports generated during Pre-Billing Checklist tasks:
o 2022 Class Lists
o FFPOS details
o Scholarship Students
o Concession Card Holders
o Any other discount arrangements to be considered at billing
o Enrolment Deposit Report for 2022 new students to receive the credit

On completion participants will:
At the completion of the session, the 2022 billing will have been generated and posted for all students. Schools will be sent away with a quick guide for editing the email template and sending the statements in bulk. |
