This course will examine how the Catholic Tradition has used the concept and practice of pilgrimage to enrich the life of Christians. This will be achieved by examining how during the Early, Medieval and Modern periods of Church History pilgrimage was experienced. The contemporary interest in pilgrimage will also be studied.

- be challenged to include pilgrimage in both their teaching and individual lives as Christians
- gain 12 hours knowledge towards ongoing renewal of an Accreditation Number
