|
The purpose of the Early Career Teacher Program is to provide early career teachers with support to learn, practice and refine the elements of their professional role. In doing so, the program will also provide guidance to transition from proficient to full registration with the TRBWA. |

| Content |
|
The five-day program is facilitated over a two year time frame. The program content and activities are reflective of the Bishop's Mandate, the Australian Institute for Teaching and School Leadership (AITSL) Standards, the Building Resilience in Teacher Education (BRITE) modules, extensive research in Early Career Teacher programs and are all underpinned by our Catholic Identity. Each day concludes with a Networking session where participants will have the opportunity to connect with key speakers and their peers. |
