This session will explore how an understanding and application of character strengths can be used to build a strong and supportive classroom and school culture within a Catholic school. Practical and innovative approaches that have worked with students, staff and parents within a school community will be explored. Participants will develop a personal strengths plan, that will support their own
flourishing as well as those in their team or classroom. |

• An understanding of personal strengths and how these can be applied to both your personal and professional life.
• An exploration of simple strengths-based interventions that promote wellbeing in the classroom and workplace within a Catholic context.
• A personal strengths-based plan to promote wellbeing.
• An ongoing community of practice to share strengths-based interventions.
