Rationale     Accreditation to Work in a Catholic School is a mandatory professional requirement for all school-employed non-teaching staff in contact with students, or who have a particular responsibility for students. For example: Teacher Assistants, School Psychologists, Social Workers, Librarians, Bursars, Financial and Administrative Staff, Nurses, Home-School Liaison Officers.

Who Should Attend     Non-teaching staff completing Accreditation to Work in a Catholic School. For all Staff who currently hold an Accreditation Number this module provides 6 hours ongoing renewal - knowledge.

Outcomes     On completion participants will:
  • a deeper understanding of Jesus and his mission.
  • an appreciation of the relevance of the module for their role in Catholic schools.
  • be credited 6 hours ongoing renewal - knowledge component - for those who currently hold an Accreditation Number.
