It enables mentors to contextually explore opportunities of best practice as well as assist Early Career Teachers through the registration process with the development of portfolios. |

- Explore what it means to be a mentor and how to gauge the impact of mentoring
- Guide and support the Early Career Teacher through professional conversations and practice in the classroom.
- Explore the TRBWA portfolio preparation process
