Rationale |

The Digital Learning Early Years Program aims to assist K-2 educators in enhancing their digital teaching practices within early childhood classrooms. This three-day professional learning series (one day in Terms 2, 3 and 4) delves into the utilisation of suitable early years apps and tools, emphasising creativity and pedagogy. During these professional learning days, participants will explore how digital tools can foster creativity within the classroom and broader school environment. Additionally, topics such as communication, curriculum, workflow, and device management will be addressed.
It is a requirement of the program that participants bring an iPad to work from. Please let the team know if you are unable to do so.

Participants of this program will:
- Discuss and evaluate how current digital practices are used in an early childhood setting.
- Investigate and use effective and stimulating digital learning resources for early years students.
- Gain an understanding of new and emerging technologies for young learners.
