Leadership has always been a challenge but is becoming increasingly complex. The purpose of this session is to provide Leaders with an introduction to the key tools required for successful leadership in today’s complex world. |

The course will also explore Christ-centred leadership, managing difficult conversations and circumstances, leading change, enhancing leadership presence, developing a culture of distributed leadership and leading authentically. |
