Title     A Leadership Toolkit
     
Target Audience     Catholic Schools
     
Rationale     Leadership has always been a challenge but is becoming increasingly complex. The purpose of this session is to provide Leaders with an introduction to the key tools required for successful leadership in today’s complex world.
     
Content     The course will also explore Christ-centred leadership, managing difficult conversations and circumstances, leading change, enhancing leadership presence, developing a culture of distributed leadership and leading authentically.

Who Should Attend     All Leaders.
     
Additional Comments     Participants need to attend one session only. Please note that schools will be charged for non attendance, and for cancellations made less a week prior to the PD.
     
Outcomes     On completion participants will: understand Christ-centred leadership, be more confident engaging in difficult conversations, leading change and speaking with presence and leading authentically.
