Target Audience     Catholic Schools - Other Schools/Organisations/Non-CEWA Catholic Schools
     
Rationale     The WA Curriculum K-10 and the courses for Year 11 and 12 will be discussed to give teachers the opportunity discuss assessments, programs and the preparation for ATAR examinations. This is a valuable networking day for early career teachers as well.
     
Content     • An overview of the syllabuses, discussion on the pedagogical practices for developing excellence for students to achieve to their potential. • Sharing of programs for original and creative artworks. • Sharing ways of employing a range of effective strategies to optimise learning. • Opportunity to discuss the preparation for the Year 12 External Set Task. • Discussing the new Marking Key for ATAR practical external examinations. • Networking opportunities. • Practical session for new art products
