Rationale     The five days Leadership program is aimed to equip female leaders with the confidence, mindset, grit and grace required to be an effective leader.
     
Content     Leading with Authenticity is a research informed program fused with the latest research in positive psychology, neuroscience and leadership development, and is underpinned by the CECWA Strategic Directions (2019-2023) with a clear focus on inspiring Christ-centred leaders, supporting Catholic schools and fostering pastoral networks. The program is highly reflective and experiential. Participants explore processes aligned with personal and professional growth making links to their journey in Catholic education through conversation, journaling and action learning
