On completion participants will:
• Enhancing Teaching Practice: Our program prioritises the continual building of capacity of teaching techniques and methodologies, equipping early career teachers with the tools they need to engage, motivate, and inspire students effectively to ensure a quality Catholic education.
• Adaptation to Rural and Remote Contexts: Recognising the unique characteristics of Kimberley's educational contexts, the professional learning dedicates a significant portion of its curriculum to navigating working in rural and remote settings and the different opportunities and barriers that may arise.
• Embedding the Catholic Faith: As an integral component of the program, we emphasise the importance of embedding the Catholic faith into classroom practice. We encourage teachers to foster a nurturing and spiritually enriching learning environment, thereby aligning their pedagogical practices with the values and principles of Catholic education in the Kimberley.
