The focus of this masterclass is to assist staff in how to strategically lead the implementation of the BSEM in their school. |

| Content |
|
The masterclass is delivered in a series of 3 x 90-minute interactive modules. Participants will be guided through a planning process and have the opportunity to reflect on whole-school processes with the guidance of the Berry Street Education Model team. Drawing a Trauma informed practice, positive Psychology and implementation science, we will:
• Set intentions for the whole school implementation of BSEM
• Work on the development of BSEM action plans
• Delve deeper into practical approaches to whole-school change
• Reflect on staff wellbeing within change processes
• Receive support and guidance on implementation plans.
