To support Wellbeing Teams to strategically plan for improvement of wellbeing in their school communities. The CEWA wellbeing consultants will support this team with a hands-on workshop/planning day utilising the data that already exists within your school to create an action plan for implementing whole school wellbeing initiatives. In doing this we will address the needs in your school, and co-create an action plan tailored to your context. |

| Content |
|
This session will explore the multiple pathways to wellbeing improvement and the wellbeing change cycle as outlined in the CEWA strategic wellbeing framework.
We will discover the wellbeing initiatives that are already working well in your school, explore and interpret existing data and identify needs and potential areas for growth. We will strategically plan pathways forward utilising the CEWA strategic Wellbeing framework, providing you with support documents to assist. Whilst doing this we will investigate the what and the why behind initiatives already in place and identify opportunities for growth. Our goal is to support your school to develop a 12 month action plan.
