| This professional learning session will support Education Assistants to deepen their understanding of their role as educators in early childhood settings. The session will focus on age-appropriate, play-based practices and how Education Assistants can contribute to creating safe, supportive, and engaging learning environments. Through exploring everyday routines, intentional interactions, and strategies to promote children’s wellbeing and development, participants will strengthen their confidence and capability in working alongside teachers.
