| | It is a Non-Government school registration requirement that all students receive a protective behaviours and sexual abuse prevention education. CEWA endorses and provides training in KS:CPC to meet this requirement. The Keeping Safe Child Protection Curriculum (KS:CPC) is developed by experts in child abuse prevention. It is age and developmental-stage appropriate, is culturally responsive and can be integrated into the wider curriculum. KS:CPC includes e-safety education and builds practical self-protective skills and strategies. |

| | This professional learning is designed to empower early childhood educators to explore and embed inquiry learning as a core strategy within CEWA’s instructional range practices. It aims to support educators in implementing an authentic, child-centred, and holistic approach that reflects the intent of the Early Years Learning Framework while responding to the unique context of each school community. Grounded in the CEWA Vision for Learning, inquiry-based learning ensures that every child is engaged in purposeful, connected, and future-focused learning.
This professional learning project will strengthen educators’ capacity to apply a broad instructional repertoire through adaptive and responsive strategies. Inquiry learning, as a signature pedagogical approach, enables educators to design experiences that foster essential skills, deep content knowledge, and general capabilities across the Kindergarten Curriculum Guidelines, the Early Years Learning Framework, and learning areas such as Science, HASS, Design and Technology, Health, and the General Capabilities. |
