Position Details
Teacher – Primary or ECE
Holy Rosary School Derby is a single stream primary school catering to students from 3-year-old Kindy to Year 6. We believe we need to provide students with the tools and learning experiences to flourish in a variety of environments, through developing the whole child. Staff work together to support our students to grow their unique gifts and talents in and out of the classroom, through awakening their interest, nurturing their characters and valuing their cultural diversity.
Selection Criteria
1. Support the objectives and ethos of Catholic Education
2. Demonstrate the ability to use assessment effectively and differentiate the teaching and learning program to cater for a variety of student needs
3. Be an enthusiastic and highly capable teacher able to work cooperatively and collaboratively as part of a team
4. Have sound ICT skills and the ability to integrate technology into the curriculum to enhance learning
5. Be an organised staff member who shows initiative, flexibility and displays a positive outlook
Qualifications Required
1. Relevant four year tertiary qualification
2. Accreditation to Teach Religious education or ability to obtain
