Position Details
Middle/Upper Primary Teacher
St Anthony's School, Wanneroo, is a co-educational double stream Catholic school that caters for over 430 students and their families from 3-Year-old Kindergarten to Year 6. We are a community that strives to develop and encourage the Christian values modelled by Jesus and where growth of the whole person is enhanced through our educational program.
We are seeking an enthusiastic Middle/Upper Teacher who will work collaboratively with the Leadership Team, St Anthony’s employees, students and members of the parent and parish communities.
Selection Criteria

• Comprehensive knowledge of the WA curriculum with the ability to organise, select and design content for effective teaching and differentiated learning.
• A team oriented, positive, professional, cooperative and collaborative educator who strives for continual professional growth and values feedback.
• The ability to work collaboratively with other staff to provide the best possible opportunities and outcomes for all students.
• Proven knowledge of, and experience in, using digital technologies to enhance learning and teaching.
• Understanding of the principles of Child Safety, Child Protection and Mandatory Reporting, and Work Health and Safety.
• Demonstrates excellent behaviour management and organisational skills that create a supportive and safe learning environment.
Qualifications Required
• A relevant four-year tertiary qualification
• Accreditation to Teach Religious Education (or working towards)
