Office Manager

Working collaboratively to ensure high standards that reflect the Seton College Values, the Office Manager is responsible for leading the Customer/Student Service Team (Mother Seton Centre Reception & Ngalla Maya Centre Reception) ensuring that they are supported in their daily work. 

A significant part of the Office Manager role is to administer and support the development and monitoring of compliance at the College including procedures and providing advice and support to the College leadership team and staff.

Selection Criteria

•    Support for the Catholic ethos of the College in the performance of their duties
•    Full-time availability including school holidays
•    Experience working in education administration &/or compliance (preferred)
•    Knowledge of AoS (Administration of Schools), SEQTA, Consent2Go would be advantageous
•    Strong administration skills and high-level proficiency in the use of the Microsoft suite 
•    Strong attention to detail
•    Excellent communication skills 
•    Strong leadership skills
•    Flexible can-do approach with the ability to multitask 
•    Ability to handle sensitive information professionally and with confidentiality
•    Completion or willingness to work towards completion of CEWA’s Accreditation to Work in a Catholic School
•    Willingness to become an active member of the Seton Catholic College community with a strong commitment to promoting and supporting the varied aspects of College life
•    Familiarity or willingness to support the Child Safe Framework and also Work Health and Safety Principles
