Assistant to Deputy Principals
Mazenod College is a Catholic Secondary Boys Day / Boarding School conducted by the Oblates of Mary Immaculate with an enrolment of around 900 students, including boarders.
Inspired by the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the life of St Eugene de Mazenod, the Mazenod College community focusses on educating and empowering young men to dare to make a positive difference throughout their lives and to the lives of others. Our Mission is to live, learn, lead and serve as a Catholic learning community within the Oblate spirit. Mazenod adopts a safety- first approach where safeguarding our community is paramount.
Administration Officers play an integral role in the daily operations of the school. The role is multi-faceted with duties and responsibilities across a range of areas to support staff and students. Along with their role in Student Services, the Assistant to the Deputy Principals coordinates, organises and manages the day-to-day activities of the Deputy Principals, ensuring a welcoming, efficient and high-level administrative support.
A creative, focused and organised individual with a positive attitude is required. Experience in executive support at a medium-large organisation is essential. Effective time management and communication is also key for this role, alongside tact, initiative and integrity.
All staff are expected to be supportive of the Oblate values and ethos of the College as well as its co-curricular activities. Mazenod College is committed to the safety and wellbeing of our students, staff and College community.
Mazenod College reserves the right to make an appointment prior to the closing date.
