Music Teacher (The Arts)
St. Paul's Primary School is seeking a dynamic, passionate Catholic educator to join our vibrant team. St. Paul's is a single stream co-educational school with approximately 230 students. This is a wonderful opportunity to share your musical expertise with our community.
Selection Criteria
Applications are invited from educators who:
• Be fully supportive of the objectives and ethos of Catholic education.
• Demonstrate excellent pedagogical skills with a flexible, collaborative and student-centred approach.
• Possess a sound knowledge of the Western Australian Curriculum - The Arts.
• Demonstrate an ability to lead by taking on roles within the school and being involved in extra- curricular activities, particularly in the area of The Arts.
• Demonstrate the ability to use assessment and continuous monitoring methods and tools to adjust the teaching practices to cater for the needs of all students.
• Display excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
• Display excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrate a high level of expertise in integrating digital technologies to enrich teaching and learning experiences.
• Demonstrate the capability to work collaboratively with other staff to promote student learning and to enhance one's own teaching instruction and the learning culture of the school.
Qualifications Required
• Relevant 4 Year Tertiary Qualifications
• Accreditation to Work in a Catholic School
