Position Details
SUPPORT OFFICER, ADMINISTRATION (CENTRE FOR FAITH ENRICHMENT)
Permanent, Part-Time 0.8 FTE – 30.4 hours per week
Work pattern: Tuesday to Friday (7.6 hours per day)
Expected start date: 21 January 2025
Centre for Faith Enrichment (CFE) is the adult faith education agency of the Catholic Archdiocese of Perth based at Newman Siena Centre, Doubleview.
CFE offers daytime, evening and weekend courses on a wide range of topics at various locations throughout Perth and online. Topics include, but are not limited to, Theology, Scripture, Church history, the Sacraments, the lives of the Saints, Christian Anthropology, Christology Morality and more.
As part of the CFE team and under the supervision of the CFE Director, the Support Officer, Administration is responsible for ensuring the CFE office functions smoothly & efficiently. This includes general administration duties, undertaking responsibility for all administration of the facilities within the Centre and acting as the point of contact for initial queries pertaining to the coordination of facilities within the CFE.

The successful candidate must have a willingness and capacity to support the Catholic ethos. They will have:
• Experience in an Administration role or equivalent
• Excellent level of computer skills (including Microsoft suite, Adobe reader)
• Experience with MYOB software
• Strong organization skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
A valid National Police Clearance, WA Driver’s Licence, proof of Right to Work in Australia required.
