Position Details
College Wear Shop Manager – Part-time (0.27 FTE), Temporary
The College Wear Shop Manager at Mercedes College is responsible for the efficient management and operations of the College Wear Shop, ensuring it effectively meets the uniform needs of students, families, and staff. This role requires strong organisational skills and effective inventory management while delivering outstanding customer service to all members of the College community.
The ideal candidate will bring expertise in retail management, ensuring smooth and efficient shop operations. The College Wear Shop Manager will also supervise casual staff or volunteers, providing training on customer service and store procedures to maintain high standard of service.
Additionally, the Manager will collaborate closely with the Director of Corporate Services to ensure all operations align with the College's policies, standards, and mission.
This position is 40 weeks per year, Monday and Wednesday - 8.00am to 2.30pm (with a half hour lunch break).
