Position Details
Primary Teacher – Full-time, Temporary
The successful applicant needs to be passionate about education. They need to be generous of spirit to assist young learners to achieve literacy and numeracy skills and social and emotional development enabling them to flourish in school.
This is a temporary full-time position commencing 1 January 2025 and concluding 31 December 2025.
Selection Criteria
• A generosity of spirit, and the gifts of resilience and initiative.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Proven team working ability.
• Capacity to assess and evaluate students’ development and provide feedback.
• Willingness to discuss students’ progress with parents and guardians.
• Ability to supervise students outside the classroom (e.g. playground duty, excursions, extracurricular activities).
