Early Childhood Teacher
Holy Rosary School, a prestigious Catholic double-stream school located in Perth's beautiful western suburbs, offers an expansive, leafy campus with stunning views of Perth city and close proximity to the beach and has a vibrant community. We are seeking a high-quality ECE teacher (Kindy 0.6 FTE in 2026 and may increase to 1.0 FTE in 2027) who is passionate about fostering strong relationships to support children's learning. The ideal candidate will have:
• Experience in developing strong, supportive relationships with students.
• A deep understanding of the science of reading and learning.
• A commitment to empowering student well-being.

Selection Criteria
1. Commitment to Catholic Ethos: Ability to support and embody the Catholic ethos in all duties.
2. Understanding of the Science of Reading/Learning and relevant teaching experience.
3. Student Relationships: Ability to develop positive and trusting relationships with students, supporting their engagement, wellbeing, and regulation.
4. Team Collaboration: Capacity to work collaboratively as part of a team with other staff members.
5. Interpersonal and Organisational Skills: Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
6. Community Building: Enthusiasm for building community within a Catholic school, in collaboration with staff, parents, and students.
Qualifications Required
1. Relevant teaching qualification. Early Childhood.
2. Formally trained in the Science of Reading/Learning (desirable)
