Classroom Teacher
Selection Criteria
Applications are invited from suitably qualified educators who will strive to promote the Catholic faith, education and community spirit of the school.
The successful applicant will:
• Be a collaborative and collegial staff member.
• Demonstrate excellent teaching craft with excellent pupil management skills.
• Understand and apply evidence-based approaches to teaching and learning.
• Understand how to use data to differentiate the curriculum and cater for the appropriate learning needs of each student.
• Be committed to using the Western Australian Curriculum and the implementation of CEWA policies.
• Be committed to ongoing professional learning to improve student learning.
Qualifications Required
• A tertiary teaching qualification and TRBWA registration.
• A current Working with Children registration.
• To be fully supportive of the objectives and ethos of Catholic education.
• To be working towards or have completed the Accreditation to Teach in a Catholic School.
