Position Details
Teacher (Music)
St Kieran Catholic Primary School is a co-educational, double stream primary school with a strong and vibrant school community. The school has a current enrolment of 520 students from 3-Year-Old Kindergarten to Year 6 with an Education Support Unit and a Regional Early Intervention Centre for students with disabilities. The school was originally established in 1920 by The Sisters of Mercy and maintains strong links with the congregation.
St Kieran Catholic Primary School is seeking suitably qualified Music Teacher in 2026. Position can be is part-time, 0.8 or full-time 1.0 FTE depending on the applicant. To apply please send applications to the school office at admin@stkieran.wa.edu.au.
The successful applicant will teach Kindergarten to Year 6 Performing Arts program, including Liturgical Singing and extracurricular activities such as The Performing Arts Festival.

• Demonstrated skills in establishing effective collaborative working relationships with staff, students, and parents.
• Shows initiative and a professional approach to all tasks.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
Qualifications Required
• Teaching applicants must have current teacher registration with the Teacher Registration Board of Western Australia (TRBWA) and a current Working with Children Check.
• All Applicants must be legally permitted to work in Australia, will be required complete the Child Safe Framework (mandatory reporting) through CEWA and undergo a CEWA Check.
