Position Details

Teacher (Physical Education) – Full-time, Temporary

St Joseph's School Boulder is seeking a dedicated and passionate Physical Education Teacher commencing 01/01/2025. This is a full-time temporary position to the end of the year with a high likelihood it will continue to a permanent position in 2026.

The successful applicant will also have the possibility of a part-time classroom teaching load to work a full-time position. A full time position will enjoy the additional benefits of the CEWA remote area package, such as rental assistance. Please see the CEWA website for details of the RAP package.

The role includes coordinating the school intra and inter-school sports program and working with the school community to provide opportunities for students to participate in a range of in school, and out of school sporting activities, including a running club and cross country training opportunities.

St Joseph's School, Boulder, is a Catholic school located in the town of Kalgoorlie-Boulder offering quality education catering to over 270 students from our three year old kindy program to year 6. Our school has a warm, intimate and friendly environment where all students are supported, valued and challenged.

Kalgoorlie-Boulder is a historic mining town, with a population of almost 30,000 known for its gold mining & vibrant outback culture. We have the facilities of a large town but with a small community feeling.

Appropriate Teaching Qualifications.
