Position Details
2025 Classroom Teacher – Full-time, Ongoing
St Mary’s School is seeking a full-time Classroom Teacher who is passionate about their profession and willing to join a small, collegial school community. With turquoise ocean water a stone’s throw away and rolling ranges encircling the school, your working environment will be second to none!

Selection Criteria
• Be fully supportive of the objectives and ethos of Catholic education.
• Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Demonstrate a high level of expertise in integrating Digital Technologies and ICT to enrich teaching and learning experiences.
• Authentically nurture positive, mature and respectful relationships with students, staff and families.
• Display comprehensive knowledge of the West Australian Curriculum with the ability to organise, select and design content for effective teaching and differentiated learning, including for students with special needs.
• Be supportive of whole-school pedagogical approaches including the balanced approach of explicit and inquiry-based learning.
• Analyse and use data to inform teaching and learning practices to raise student levels of achievement.
Qualifications Required
• Be four year tertiary qualified.
• Have completed, be working towards or willing to undertake Accreditation to Teach Religious Education.
