Administration Assistant Senior Leadership Team

We are seeking a dedicated and engaging full-time Administration Assistant Senior Leadership Team to join our team as soon as practicable.

The successful applicant will provide administrative support services to the Senior Leadership Team including all administrative services relating to the curriculum at the College. This includes supporting teaching staff where it is related to curriculum delivery, formatting and producing documentation and processes to support curriculum and management of student data on both local and national database systems.

•    Demonstrated ability to document, implement, monitor and report on administrative procedures.
•    Understanding of database maintenance and management of highly sensitive data and excellent attention to detail.
•    Proven ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
•    Ability to work both autonomously and within a team.
•    Strongly developed interpersonal and communication skills, including well developed listening skills.
•    Commitment to providing exceptional levels of service. 
•     Demonstrated success in meeting deadlines.
•    Understanding of risk management principles.
•    Understanding of the principles of Equal Employment Opportunity, Industrial Democracy and Occupational Health and Safety.
•    Current Cleared Education Department National Police History Check
•    Current Working with Children Card
